In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we commit to notifying the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) and the affected individuals, in accordance with Law 25.

Some of our providers (e.g., Google, Meta) are based in the United States. Prior to any transfer of your data outside Quebec, we ensure that an adequate level of protection is guaranteed, including verification of applicable legal frameworks (e.g., Data Privacy Framework).

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through a visible notice on our site. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
